Marina Bay
The bay is mainly famous for waterfront fun activities. The bay area is due for a refurbish in two to three years. But till then it is a favorite haunt for both kids and adults who enjoy water sports. You can also take a cruise alongside the Singapore Waterway.

Singapore is filled with lush greenery and natural scenic beauty. The Botanic Gardens of Singapore are a marvel, with exotic flora life. They are best picnic spots and picturesque location ideal for a snap or two. Tourists abound in these places at weekends to relax and become one with nature.

Clarke Quay and Boat Quay
Both Clark Quay and Boat Quay are hounded by locals and tourists for the exciting nightlife they offer. Both dancing and drinking fanatics throng these party hubs. Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays are happening days with a huge turnout of youngsters. So if you happen to be in Singapore and want to have a few drinks and shake a leg or two, u know where to go! Popular food courts like Kopitiams are abound in Singapore. They are basically a hub of stalls or eatery shops, with same styled food courts. The drink section offers coffee, tea, cold drinks and hard drinks along with breakfast food like eggs, toast and local snacks. From traditions to ethnic, all varieties of food dishes are prepared in Kopitiams.
Shopping in Singapore
For all the compulsive shoppers, Singapore is a shopper’s paradise. You can even enjoy night shopping at many of the 24-hour shopping centers. Take the MRT to Orchard Road and you will see rows of shopping malls at the street. Remember to visit Vivo City too as its one of the largest shopping malls in Singapore. In ‘Mustafa Center’ you can get all types of textile clothing and Indian goods. Another place to check-in is the ‘Flea market’ nearby Parco Junction. The nightlife or the night market in flea market is a unique place, unlike any other in the world.
Traveling Around
Travelling and sight seeing is a breeze in Singapore. Hop on to any of the buses or take the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) which covers major areas in Singapore. The MRT usually starts operating at 5.30 am and the last train leaves at 12 midnight, depending on the station. It is recommended that you get ez-link card for convenience if you are planning to rely on the public transport. It can be used on the buses and MRT.
